United States Shipping
Our goal is to ship out all our customers orders within 24 hours.Delivery time may vary depending on location of the recipient. Shipping charges are subject to change according to the number of lanyards ordered.

USPS First Class Mail – delivery 1-3 business days
USPS Priority Mail – delivery 2-3 business days

International Shipping
We also deliver to other countries across the globe. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Alexander´s International does not collect duties and taxes and cannost predict what your particulat charges my be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.For more information regarding your country´s custom policies, please contact your local custom office. Returns and Exchange policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase at MotherDucker, we will gladly accept any returns for refund ( less then shipping/handling ) within 15 days of delivery. Please allow 30 days for refund to apply. All items returned will be subject to a 10% re-stock fee. We can exchange items for anything avaible on our website. All returns must be accompanied with a copy of your original invoice. Any request for an exchange must be made within 15 days of delivery. Any item that is damaged, soiled or worn can not be accepted for refund or exchange. Any orders cancelled after credit card has been processed will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
